While we have made every effort to communicate return requirements to our mutual customers, we've provided this form for the occasion that a return may be ineligible for a refund. This form must be completed within 5 business days of return receipt, based on tracking information. Failure to complete this form within 5 business days will void any dispute claim. Failure to retain packaging may void dispute claim.If a wrong item was returned, a customer likely mixed up labels when dropping off multiple returns. Retain all packaging, and take clear photos of the undamaged work. If the customer is able to provide correct labels, you will be asked to forward the item on (yours will be forwarded to you as well) as a matter of service to our mutual customer.
